Job Description

Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain precise digital logs and registers for all incoming museum assets, structural materials, and office stock. Procurement Support: Assist in processing purchase files, verifying vendor quotations, drafting tender documents, and managing entries on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.Data Processing & MIS: Collate inventory data, cross-reference stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and generate detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior administrative officers. Financial & Audit Alignment: (Particularly for Commerce backgrounds) Assist in checking bills, ledger keeping, maintaining cash books, preparing audit trails, and handling data entry for GST compliance or internal financial reconciliation.
