Qualification

Candidates must possess an MBBS degree along with a recognized Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) or DNB / PG Diploma in the respective medical specialty or broad specialty department (e.g., General Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Anaesthesiology, etc.).

Job Description

Clinical Ward Management & Operations
Specialized Patient Care: Managing critical emergency cases, tracking admitted patients in specialized indoor wards, and leading multi-disciplinary clinical rounds.

Surgical and Procedural Supervision: Performing and supervising major or minor surgical operations (in broad specialties like General Surgery, G&O, Orthopedics) and invasive bedside interventions.

OPD Management: Running the specialized outpatient department (OPD) clinics, examining patients, and organizing advanced diagnostics or radiological pipelines.

Academic and Mentorship Duties
Teaching Trainees: Conducting bed-side teaching clinics, case discussions, and monitoring the clinical performance logs of Junior Residents, PG Trainees, and MBBS Interns.

Emergency Rotation Duty: Serving on a roster-based system for emergency call hours, handling intensive care units (ICU/CCU/NICU), and acting as the on-field nodal contact during emergency crashes.
