Under the institutional hiring framework for extramural and ICMR-funded research projects at AIIMS Kalyani, the Project Technical Support III position is a highly structured, contractual role focused on project coordination and healthcare data management. 1. Educational Qualifications & EligibilityTo qualify for the Project Technical Support III grade, candidates must fulfill either of the following criteria: Graduate Track: A 3-year full-time Graduate Degree in Psychology, Public Health, Social Sciences, Nursing, or Life Sciences from a recognized university PLUS a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification professional work experience in a relevant research/healthcare setup. Post-Graduate Track: A Master's / Post-Graduate Degree in any of the relevant subjects listed above (candidates with a PG degree are exempt from the mandatory 3-year work experience clause). Upper Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of the last date of application submission. 2. Job Description (JD) & Key ResponsibilitiesThe Project Technical Support III professional serves as the vital link connecting clinical investigators, field research teams, and project management offices. Core duties generally include: Project Coordination & Field OperationsStudy Framework Execution: Actively participating in the finalization of study tools, clinical questionnaires, and overseeing the seamless enrollment/recruitment of study participants according to the research protocol. Consent & Ethics Compliance: Handing the recruitment process, which includes securing documented written informed consent from patients or study cohorts. Field Inspections: Conducting field site visits or community-based outreach modules as demanded by the specific multi-centric project framework. Data Governance & ManagementData Collection & Logging: Gathering primary data, mapping health indicators, processing patient questionnaires, and feeding entries accurately into central project databases or Excel systems. Quality Monitoring: Performing routing data validation checks, monitoring data collection pipelines across multiple collaborative centers, and assisting senior scientists with basic analysis and statistical breakdowns.
