Qualification

AND At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor (Level 11+) with administrative experience, OR 8 years as an Associate Professor (Level 12+).

OR 15 years of administrative experience, with at least 8 years serving as a Deputy Registrar (Level 12+) or equivalent.

Desirable: Qualifications in Management, Engineering, or Law, alongside hands-on experience in computerized administration, legal, financial, or establishment matters.

Job Description

The Registrar acts as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Institute under the Director. Key responsibilities include:

Managing overall campus administration, legal affairs, financial operations, and estate/establishment matters.

Overseeing statutory compliances, maintaining institute records, and coordinating academic and non-academic administrative machinery.

Implementing computerized workflows to ensure modern, efficient, and transparent institutional governance.
