Qualification

Candidates must be Indian Nationals with a minimum age of 18 years as of May 1, 2026. Position-specific requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology for technical cadres (Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Systems, Safety & Environment, and Concentrator), a Post-Graduate Degree for Geology, an MBA or relevant PG Diploma for HR and Materials Management, and a cleared Final Examination from ICAI (CA) or ICMAI (CMA) for Finance. Additionally, candidates must possess valid, relevant post-qualification executive experience: a minimum of 3 years for Deputy Manager (E2), 6 years for Manager (E3), and 9 years for Senior Manager (E4). Applicants from the private sector must have acquired this experience in a company with an annual turnover of ₹250 Crores or more.

Job Description

As an Executive at Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a Schedule-A Miniratna CPSE, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and statutory compliance within your designated cadre. Technical executives will oversee large-scale engineering operations, machinery maintenance, plant automation, infrastructure development, or mineral processing projects. Non-technical executives will lead strategic corporate functions, including financial auditing and budgeting, supply chain and contract management, human resource planning, industrial relations, or environmental and safety management systems. Senior-level appointees (E3/E4) will additionally take on team leadership, project planning, and regulatory liaisoning responsibilities to support the organization's corporate objectives.
