Job Description

Madhabdev University invites applications from qualified and experienced academicians for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor across various academic departments. Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and research-level courses.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and academic content.
Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and laboratory sessions where applicable.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
Research & Publications
Undertake high-quality research in the relevant discipline.
Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
Apply for and manage sponsored research projects and grants.
Present research findings at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Contribute to innovation, knowledge creation, and academic excellence.
Academic Administration
Participate in curriculum design and revision.
Serve on departmental and university committees.
Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development initiatives.
Organize academic events, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.
Contribute to policy formulation and academic governance.
Student Support & Mentorship
Supervise dissertations, theses, and research projects.
Provide academic counseling and mentoring.
Encourage student participation in research, innovation, and extracurricular activities.
