Financial Accounting
Prepare and maintain financial records.
Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.
Conduct variance analysis.
Cost & Management Accounting
Analyze production and operational costs.
Support cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare cost reports for management.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Maintain financial documentation for audit purposes.
Taxation
Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Assist in filing tax returns.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Financial Reporting
Prepare MIS reports.
Generate management reports.
Present financial data for business decision-making.
Internal Controls
Ensure adherence to financial policies.
Maintain internal control systems.
Support risk assessment and compliance initiatives.
ERP & Systems
Work on ERP/SAP-based financial systems.
Maintain accounting databases.
Improve financial processes through automation.

Job Description

Advanced Weapons & Equipment India Limited (AWEIL), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, invites applications from qualified CA/CMA professionals for Executive Finance, Executive Finance Trainee, and Jr. Executive Finance Trainee positions on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will support financial planning, budgeting, accounting, auditing, taxation, cost management, compliance, and financial reporting across AWEIL units.
