Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations

Assist in managing daily banking operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Supervise transactions such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and loan processing.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Provide high-quality customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Guide customers on various banking products and services.

3. Sales & Business Development

Promote and cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and investment products.

Assist in achieving branch sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Identify opportunities for new business development.

4. Risk & Compliance

Ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML regulations.

Monitor transactions to prevent fraud and operational risks.

Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance.

5. Team Support & Coordination

Support the Branch Manager in managing staff and operational activities.

Coordinate with different departments such as credit, operations, and IT.

Assist in training junior staff and improving team performance.
