Job Description

Conduct ethnographic fieldwork and cultural research

Document and preserve cultural practices and heritage
Analyze qualitative data and prepare research reports
Collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, and academic institutions
Contribute to policy development related to tribal and cultural affairs
Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs
Publish research papers and findings
