Job Description

ntensive Training: All MTs undergo a compulsory 1-year induction and on-the-job training program. This often begins at the Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM) in Ranchi, focusing on holistic development, technical skills, and management modules.

Field Deployment: Candidates must be prepared to work in challenging environments. Postings are typically in coalfield areas, mining projects, or subsidiary company headquarters across India.

Shadowing & Execution: Trainees work closely with experienced professionals to learn the practical aspects of coal mining operations, project execution, compliance, and corporate functions.

Operational Contribution: Depending on the branch (e.g., executing civil projects, maintaining heavy electrical/mechanical earth-moving machinery, overseeing HR policies, or managing financial audits), MTs are expected to actively contribute to their respective departments' goals.
