## Core Job Responsibilities (The "What You'll Do")
Academic Teaching & Training: Delivering lectures, conducting clinical demonstrations, and guiding undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS/DNB) medical students.

Clinical Duties & Patient Care: Managing OPDs, IPD wards, emergency cases, and performing surgeries or diagnostic procedures depending on your specialty (e.g., Medicine, General Surgery, Anesthesia, Radiology).

Medical Research: Conducting independent research, guiding student theses, and publishing scientific papers in indexed medical journals to meet National Medical Commission (NMC) compliance.
