Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Land and Mine Surveying

Conduct surveys to determine mine boundaries, coal seam locations, and geological features.

Measure and map underground tunnels, shafts, and surface mining areas.

Establish reference points and control networks for mining operations.

2. Mapping and Documentation

Prepare and update mine plans, maps, and drawings using survey data.

Maintain accurate records of mine layouts, excavation progress, and land boundaries.

Use surveying software and tools to create digital maps and models.

3. Monitoring Mining Progress

Track the progress of coal extraction and ensure mining activities follow the approved plan.

Measure the volume of coal extracted and overburden removed.

Provide survey data for production planning
