Overall Hostel Management
Look after daily operations like room allocation, cleanliness, and facilities.

Maintain discipline, enforce rules, and monitor student behavior.
Safety & Security
Ensure hostel safety, check entry/exit, and handle emergencies.

Maintain records of residents, attendance, and visitor logs.
Food & Facilities Monitoring
Oversee mess quality, hygiene, water, electricity, etc.
Problem Handling & Support
Address student issues, conflicts, and coordinate with management/parents.
