Job Description

Lead strategic planning and execution of shipbuilding, engineering, or supply chain operations.
Oversee large-scale defence and commercial shipbuilding projects (planning, execution, delivery).
Manage multiple departments/units such as production, procurement, yard modernization, etc.
Ensure timely project completion, cost control, and quality standards for naval vessels.
Coordinate with Indian Navy, Ministry of Defence, and external stakeholders.
Drive business development, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
Implement organizational policies, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Provide leadership to senior teams and guide long-term growth of the shipyard.
