Qualification

Education
Minimum: Regular Full-time 2-year Diploma or Polytechnic degree in Agriculture or any sub-field of Agriculture.

Exclusions: Candidates with degrees in Horticulture are not eligible for this specific role.

Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).

Job Description

The Field Representative serves as the NDSC (National Development & Services Center) Center In-charge. This role is pivotal in managing local center operations, providing technical guidance to farmers, and promoting NFL products and services at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities
Center Management: Oversee the daily operations of the NDSC center to ensure efficient service delivery.

Farmer Outreach: Provide technical consultancy and support to farmers regarding fertilizer usage and modern agricultural practices.

Sales & Promotion: Assist in the marketing and distribution of NFL products within the assigned territory.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, farmer interactions, and center activities for reporting.

Field Mobility: Travel across various units and offices; the role is All-India transferable.
